Step-by-Step Setup Guide
- Receive License Key: Upon purchase completion, your license key will display on the order confirmation page. It will also be sent instantly via email along with your download link (be sure to check your spam folder).
- Download & Install: Download the plugin ZIP file to your computer. In your WordPress admin dashboard, navigate to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, select the file, and click Install Now.
- Activate License: Click the activation prompt link after installation and enter your license key to register your store domain.
- Configure Credentials: Open the newly created NatVideo menu in your WordPress sidebar and input the Store ID and API Key provided by National Video Supply.
- Start Fulfilling: Navigate to any WooCommerce order on your “Edit Order” page to push orders to NatVideo, track shipment status, and manage updates automatically.

Honestly, this plugin saved me so many headaches. I’ve been manually copying order details over to National Video Supply for months, and it was a total time-sink (plus, I kept making small typos in the shipping addresses).
Setting it up took maybe five minutes. You literally just upload the ZIP file, plug in your Store ID and API Key in the settings menu, and you’re good to go. You can either default the shipping methode to “Least expensive” or choose from the allowed list in the dropdown menu.
My favorite part is that I don’t have to go to NatVideo website or check emails for tracking info anymore. The plugin pulls tracking numbers and carriers straight into WooCommerce order edit page automatically. Pushing an order takes a single click right from the Edit Order screen, and pass through perfectly.
